27 yr old, Female, Hispanic -Focus: hyperpigmentation, acne calming, wrinkle prevention -Foods I avoid becaue they cause me to breakout: Nuts (especially peanut butter & hazelnut), Ice Cream, Cheese (Dairy in general), excessive fried foods, excessive sugar -Workout 5 days/week Trying to tweak my current routine for the summer as I breakout a lot once it gets hot, but this is it so far. No cleansing in the morning. I use face masks about every 2 days depending on what my skin needs.
