My routine helps with sensitive skin that is mostly dry in the winter and combination in the summer. I have sporadic breakouts (whiteheads/ blackheads) as well as the occasional hormonal blind pimple. I avoid synthetic fragrance, parabens, and ingredients that are banned in other countries or presumed toxic (subject to some exceptions).
