I have sensitive, combination skin with redness and occasional fungal acne flare-ups. This routine aims to control fungal acne while also providing anti-aging and brightening benefits. Products that are not completely FA-safe are noted with an asterisk and problematic ingredients. No products listed have more than 3 non-malassezia-safe ingredients.
As I live in a very warm, but dry climate, my skin typically leans more on the oily side of combination skin, however with the use of tretinoin in my Curology formula, I can get dry, red patches on my cheeks.
This routine also implements the use of gua sha to aid with skin firming/tightening, bloating, and TMJ pain.
