If my skin isn't feeling dehydrated I can get away with doubling spf as moisturizer

On days I'm using protopic I finish my routine at this step

When I'm breaking out, I spot treat with this on top of moisturizer. I try not to abuse it as it can severely dry ou that patch of skin to the point where it peels.

I use this as a kind of spot treatment on sensitised/very dry or peeling areas.

I slug 1-2x a week or apply a thin layer of this as a last step under my eyes and on the undersides of my nose which are my problem areas when it comes to dryness.
