I rotate this w/ mugwort essence. Rinse face with water, let it dampen, then apply this toner, OR mugwort essence. Eqqualberry swimming toner after (sometimes). I do not wash my face in the morning <3

I use in the morning and evening.

I sometimes use this, sometimes I don’t. But it is overall great! Helps calm down skin

I use it more in the evening, but if I feel like I need extra moisture I use it in the day. Really helped restore my skin barrier

Every morning only. I use quite a bit so I have to rub it more in my skin. Leaves no white cast, makes my skin hydrated. I put it on 5-10 min after putting the purito oat moisturizer
