Yes, I'm (30s) slightly obsessed with skincare. I enjoy it as part of my selfcare regimen and of course because of the fantastic results. However, it took years of try and error to figure out what works for me and what doesn't. Psoreasis and Couperose (Rosacea) didn't make the journey easier. And still don't...
Yet, there is so much lovely skincare to discover! I like trying out new brands and products, but only one new at a time to avoid disrupting my current skin condition. Happy I achieved something that varies between Mochi, Honey and Glass Skin. (Which also depends on my physical and mental well-being, sleep, nutrition, stress and hormonal cycles.)
Avoiding: cotton/bamboo/textile pads, face wipes, face brushes, microplastics, and some questionable ingredients 🧐
Love: 🇰🇷 K-Beauty, 🎭 situational skincare, ⚖️ biocompatibility, 🔄 advanced skin cycling, 🪸 algae and plankton, 🪆 7 skin method, 🏺face oils for my dry skin
While I prefer products without silicones, I do use some that contain them, particularly sunscreens, moisturizers and makeup.

Summer routine with some new additions to my collection. I prefer lighter moisturizers such as lotions and emulsions during warm or hot days, so my face doesn't get as sweaty as it sometimes does with creams (even the light ones...🥵). Sometimes sunscreen is just enough.
Currently testing several sunscreens for this summer 🏖 Especially looking for ones that make me sweat less, and don't make my face look to shiny/sweaty. Most of the ones that I use during the rest of to year are too moisturizing during summertime.
Some steps are optional, some are to rotate - depending on skins current needs. Not using any sort of wipes, pads, or facebrushes.
✅️ This routine has had no negative effects on my Rosacea and Psoreasis. It includes many calming, soothing and moisturizing goodies. Good product combo, no pilling, no irritations or other issues.
