The best way I can describe it is a calming moisturizer booster. There's no fragrance. It's FA safe. There's so much product in there, too!
I don't like that on the SKIN1004 website they don't transparently declare the ingredients; it only says: "FULL INGREDIENTS: Centella Asiatica Extract(100%)". I find that extremely shady and makes me suspicious of their other products. I found a source that says this also contains Phenoxyethanol and Cellulose Gum, just as a heads up.
I love centella but my skin got super irritated by this and my acne really flared up.

The ampoule texture feel refreshing on the skin and slightly hydrate but it didn't really calm any of my acne or redness.
