Works! Doesn’t irritate my skin when used on a dry surface. I hate how my skin looks when it sends all the clogged sebum to the surface of my skin, but it clears over time and leaves the skin incredibly firm and smooth. It’s the only not cruelty-free product I use just because it’s benefitted me so greatly and, in my opinion, is indisputably the best prescription-grade retinoid especially for sensitive skin.

Been using for 3+ years
I started Differin a few years ago and it has honestly completely changed my skin. I'm going to preface this review that this isn't really for everyone, and a lot of people are going to be scared of using it the first few weeks as many may be very sensitive to it at first (there are plenty of dermatologists on the internet that can explain the science behind it which puts things into perspective). But after a few months, I saw dramatic results with my acne. I used to get terribly painful nodules in every area of my face (the worst being in the crooks of my nose) and after Differin they have completely disappeared. It hasn't completely cured my acne as I still get some tiny bumps and whiteheads but it is nothing compared to the pain I used to go through. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Also in the long run, it is supposed to help with aging as well which is an added bonus!
