I even use another sunscreen with this one because I felt like this stick isn't enough. I would rather look like a glazed doughnut than feel like I am not getting enough coverage.

I think this combination is gold for me, specially for summer when I want a nice glow without looking oily :)

Was promising but did not work out. Broke me out and made the skin around my nose burn at first use (from a previous dermatitis issue)

Not bad but not good 🥲
It is too much powdery for me. If you apply only two layers then it’s okay but is you apply more (which is what you need) it’s going to be a little oily.

The sunstick has a satin finish. It’s quite effective at absorbing facial oils that accumulate as the day progresses. I noticed less redness in my skin tone, likely from the mugwort and camelia.
Have used the BoJ Rice Sunscreen, Bioré UV watery essence, COSRX aloe sunscreen, IsnTree Hyaluronic Aid Airy Sunstick, Nivea Japan watery sunscreen, Benton centella sunscreen

Natural looking matte skin
This worked out for me a million times better than the Beauty of Joseon Rice sunscreen (which stung my skin like crazy) HOWEVER! Here’s the thing about sun sticks… They should NOT be your primary method of sunscreen application! With the amount of sunscreen needed for adequate protection, a sun stick is never gonna cut it alone (unless you are totally ok with having a super thick layer of the stick on your face). Keeping this in mind, I only use sun sticks as a way to lock in a more hydrating lotion type sunscreen OR for easy reapplication on the go.
The reason I love this sun stick is because it mattifies whatever I’ve already placed underneath. It’s great for areas such as my nose, eyelids, etc— that I do not want to be shiny. This looks natural on the skin unlike a makeup powder that could achieve similar mattifying results. Also, this is a chemical sunscreen formula, so it leaves zero cast on my skin.
I adore this sun stick, and I hope to see more brands release matte sun sticks in the future.

White cast, waxy texture
This left my face feeling waxy, and it was noticeably streaky and white even though I am pale
