Sr-(Sh-Polypeptide-69 Dipeptide-19)

Explained

sr-(sh-Polypeptide-69 Dipeptide-19) is a recombinant Type III small-molecule collagen that was recently developed.

According to the manufacturer, it is created through yeast fermentation using synthetic biology to produce collagen fragments with a low molecular weight (~5 kDa), which are claimed to penetrate the skin more easily than traditional collagen.

The manufacturer also claims these fragments mimic active sites in human collagen and may support anti-wrinkle effects, skin repair, and barrier protection even at very low use levels. They also reported non-animal ex-vivo and in-vitro testing shows this ingredient also helps inflammation control and collagen preservation.

These claims should be regarded as brand-reported data rather than independently verified clinical evidence because current information is provided by the developer.
