How to use makeup remover

Removing makeup before bed is necessary.

Leaving makeup on can clog your pores overnight, leading to breakouts, uneven skin texture, and irritation.

There are many different types of makeup removers. Be sure to follow the instructions on the packaging for best results.

Oil cleansers & balms:

Do not wet skin beforehand. Directly rub oil cleanser or balm into skin. It is critical to be gentle and avoid tugging on skin. After makeup has dissolved, rinse with water.

Oil and balm cleansers are considered the most gentle type of makeup removers.

Micellar water and water-based makeup removers:

Do not wet skin beforehand. Dispense product onto a cotton-pad or equivalent. Gently press cotton pads over eyes for a few seconds. Then, gently rub until makeup is gone.

Makeup wipes:

Do not wet skin beforehand. Gently use the wipes to remove makeup.
