A simple routine consists of 3 steps. We’ll explain the 3 steps below:
1. Cleansing
Cleansing is most important at night. By nighttime, our skin and pores are covered in grime: oil, sweat, dirt, pollution, makeup, and more. It is important to clean out your pores before bed to keep skin healthy.
2. Moisturizing
Hydrated skin is healthy skin. Excess dryness can worsen skin issues such as: breakouts, irritation, the appearance of wrinkles, flakiness, and more. Even those with oily skin benefit from moisturizer.
3. Sunscreen
Sunscreen should always be the final step in the daytime. Protecting your skin against sun damage decreases any chance of developing skin cancer. Up to 90% of the signs of aging can be attributed to the sun. This means the appearance of fine-lines, wrinkles, dark spots, uneven skin tone, dullness, and loss of plumpness can be slowed by using sunscreen.
