Not on Adapalen day-> Effaclar H

Only when I've used Adapalen the night before

Sometimes I used to only rinced my face with water and then I used sunscreen
I was a lazy teen but I've almost never forgot my sunscreen

Used in the shower

I hated it. It was effective but was really drying my skin out.
It was also my fav.
It was a love hate relationship.
After this treatment, I've never return to the dermatologist. I took the pill and stayed by effaclar (my looove)

Only spot treatment on my shoulders and on my back
But I was lazzzzy

Not on adapalen night!!
Later, I had only use Effaclar and I also took the pill. Both were really effective
