About Routine AM/PM

I have very dry skin everywhere but my nose which gets oily throughout the day. My biggest concern however is the dryness. My skin is so dry that it peels in places, especially my cheeks after a day of makeup. Since October 2022, I started my skincare journey and have been trying to be better about learning how my skin reacts to certain things. Anyway... I would love some advice on my routine, where I can improve, and what I can do better for my dry skin. I think the FAB ultra repair cream is too light for me, so I will need to find a heavier cream.
