if you're skipping your spf, why do you bother with the rest of your routine? apply your spf !!!

I use this throughout the day if I feel like my skin is tight or my drier areas are itchy or flaking :) (UPDATE: IT IRRITATED MY SKIN AND I BROKE OUT IN SMALL WHITEHEADS THAT TEMPTED ME TO POP THEM)

I will only skip this cleanser if I haven't been out all day so I haven't used either spf or any makeup. 2 pumps are enough to remove everything properly, then massage for 1 minute and rinse well before going in with gel cleanser!

I apply this on damp skin right after I wash my face! It's the only step in my skincare routine that I rush lol

I apply this every day unless my skin is particularly dry, in which case I'll skip one application. I do the sandwich method so I apply another layer of cream on top of this leaving 20-30min between applications to avoid irritation <3
