I'm trying to get rid of my cetaphil. Which is why it is still in my routine. Cetaphil dries me out even further

Use for body. WILL STING EYES. Leaves no whiite cast.

Use for face.

Double cleansing are for oily skin or if you wore makeup / sunscreen. If those don't apply, then you can skip this step.

Make sure to mix within the bottle before use, prone to separating
