It's not this exact product (mine is from a different region, and although similar, some ingredients are different), but it's the same brand. Pretty sure the one I use is gonna discontinue soon, so probably gonna change to another one soon.

I stop only when I feel my skin is getting irritated, but it's only a 2-3 days pause.
