About Footcare + Handcare Routine

Description

Working on healing (and softening!) my hands after being diagnosed with dyshidrosis and removing any calluses on my feet!

✧ Dyshidrosis: It hurts. A lot. My hands have always been incredibly soft, and I used to receive a lot of compliments about them. However, now I can't even hold a pencil without my skin feeling like it's being torn apart. The visible white 'holes' on my skin are far from attractive, they itch a lot, and my nails have become yellowish and super fragile (they are even peeling!). It's now spreading to my feet and arms.

I know it looks like a lot of steps, but I promise it's very simple!:

For my hands: - Working Hands: whenever I apply hand sanitizer outside the house + every night - Karitesse Crema de Manos: every time I wash my hands at home - Any leftover face skincare is also used to moisturize my hands.

For my feet: - Use any of the listed urea treatments on my hardened zones - Farline crema hidratante all over my feet + silicone socks overnight - Peeling masks 2/year

Both: Sometimes I also use nail oil
