About Tretinoin Routine for Oily, Dehydrated Skin

I have extremely oily, acne-prone, and (usually) dehydrated skin. I'm also prone to closed comedones and hormonal acne, but this routine has cleared my skin for the most part. I'm still dealing with a bit of texture and the occasional breakout, but those are probably due to other factors, like hard water.
