Used occasionally as the first wash of a double wash. Just when my hair needs some clarifying/product buildup removal.

Awesome shampoo! It’s either used together with the “Shampoo Two” or a double wash by itself followed up with the conditioner

Generally used after washing and conditioning hair.
Or also when brushing hair and it’s a dry enough day that it’s needed. Overall this product has a ton of uses so I use it a decent amount

I take it with me when I go places or it lives in my car
