About Hair Routine

[I also use the L’oréal Ever Pure Thickening Shampoo but I couldn’t find the product to add to the routine.] My hair is low porosity, a mix of curls and waves, my hair is extremely damaged in the mid, and ends. I honestly don’t know what to do, a big chop is NOT an option. I feel like every product is just sitting on my hair and not absorbing. My hair also takes forever to dry. I’m thinking of getting a split end trimmer because I heard it also cuts off damage, as well as split ends, idk if that would help or make it worse. My hair is one of my bigger insecurities and idk what to do atp.😭HELP
