I mostly use this at night during the winter, and both morning and night in the summer. But if my skin is having a flare-up, I’ll also use it in the morning to help calm things down.

I’ve been using this balm since 3 years or so. Doesn’t break me out (as long as I wash it off) and quite affordable.
