About old routine for hormonal acne

this was my old routine after suddenly developing cystic, hormonal acne along my chin/jaw that eventually spread to my cheeks. it worked for a few months, i still had a small breakout every month, then all of sudden my skin just rejected panoxyl and I started breaking out constantly all over again :( this may work for someone with less sensitive skin! side note: def don't use a moisturizer with SPF at night
