a pretty comprehensive routine designed to assist my spironolactone prescription with hormonal acne. targetting congestion and oiliness, and attempting to fade stubborn PIH and acne scarring.
alcohol, allergen, (mostly) fragrance and (mostly) oil free. i don't care about sulfates, silicones, or parabens. i prefer to use chemist/pharmacy products for more intense actives.
leading up to and after clinical procedures, this routine is stripped back to exclusively micellar water + cleanser + purito bamboo cream + spf, unless otherwise directed by my dermatologist.
