This is the THE gentlest (but still effective) cleanser I've ever used. You might also consider skipping a cleanser entirely and just rinsing with water.

I find including this toner as a base layer makes a huge difference in hydration, oiliness (not a factor for you), and reducing sensitivity to following products. If my skin if feeling especially dry I might apply two layers.

This is my daily sunscreen; I love it and it's probably worth trying (it has a near-cult following on r/AsianBeauty), but it may not be sufficiently moisturizing for you.

If you wear makeup, feel that the sunscreen needs a little extra to get it off, or otherwise prefer to double cleanser, I highly recommend this oil cleanser. You may not want or need to include this step.

Very gentle, but still exfoliates. This helps with reducing the appearance of pores and preventing acne/blackheads.

Apply immediately after cleansing (or when you get out of the shower, if you wash your face in the shower). I find it help immensely to get something on my face before it has a chance to dry out.

This is my current daily moisturizer, as it includes both centella (which my skin loves) and niacinamide (to help with oiliness). Since oiliness wasn't one of your concerns, you have even more options.

Oat is another ingredient my skin loves, particularly when it's sensitive. It doesn't include many actives.

This is a gorgeous moisturizer, though the pump top can be difficult. I find this to be especially hydrating compared to some other moisturizers and the lack of actives makes it versatile. I often use it as an eye cream as well.

A nice moisturizer that you can find all over - even King Soopers. I personally find it "boring": it doesn't have any of my HG ingredients (centella, oat) and minimal actives, but it does the job!
