-3 times a week thursday wednesday tuesday- i use 2 drops evenly applied throughout my whole face

only in my problem areas but most of the time i use it only in my pimples

as an alternative you can use the la roche posay anthelios sunscreen i heard it’s good

-2 times a week monday friday-i only apply at my problem areas where i have acne (one dot on my finger )

again i apply this on my pimples (3 times a day )

i don’t always use this product i change between this and the la roche posay effaclar duo + moisturizer
