Goals: Maintain glow, improve hydration even more, speed up fading of melasma and hyperpigmentation, continue encouraging cell turnover with gentle exfoliation + retinal + vitamin C to prevent flaky dead skin buildup, and futher minimise undereye puffiness and fine lines--all without promoting redness.
