About 16 and have oily acne prone skin, please help me out

I’m 16 and I have oily acne prone skin. I have recently started breaking out very bad I’m not sure why but it’s been ruining my life :( I feel very ugly now and wearing glasses makes me feel worse. I have bumps on my cheeks that won’t go away and I have lots of redness on my cheeks too. if you could please share some of your kbeauty recommendations I would really appreciate it.
