In the Morning, there are only two days I won't use this as it's Wash Day and I'm using a different face wash.

Use in the shower on Wash Day once a week.

Use on my second wash day once a week in the shower AS A FACE WASH.

This came in a 3 pack with 2 other flavors, Strawberry & Winter Green. I do NOT like Fresh Cherry as it tastes like Robitusin. I normally use the Winter Green and I lost Strawberry.

I use this face wash every night regardless if it's a body wash or a sink face wash.

I use this every night on my face and body.
