About oily combination acne prone skin with latta acne scars and huuuge pores

so my skin is basically very fucked up it gets very shiny and oily in a blink, acne prone (especially on my chin and jaw), hyperpigmentation, lots of acne scars and huuuuuge pores. I'm currently aiming to fix my oiliness, acne and hyperpigmentation. Would this work?
