Once a week as a pre shampoo treatment. This product saved my hair when it was at its absolute worst. I apply roughly 1 dropper of this and use the comb to coat my scalp. Helps with softness, frizz, and tangles.

My favourite shampoo. Better than any high end shampoo I've tried. I see much less colour loss when I use this product! Also leaves my hair super soft.
