The minimalist and eficient routine for sensitive skin type. -Cleanse (just once a day with very gentle cleanser)+ serum + hydrating OR solar protection with hydrating ingredients. -Good and healthy diet. -Good habits -No harmful ingredients. Fragrances, alcohols, the less hormonal disruptors the better. You can check it on labels.

Every morning... 1. Cleanse only with water. 2. Then apply vitamin c serum for oxiditive protection and avene intense for solar protection. The serum is suitable for sensitive skin and then the susncreen is very hidratying and acts like an occlusive so whe dont need an hidratying cream for the rest of the day. This step must be completed even if I'm at home.
Every night... 3. Clean with Paulas choice calm cleanser to eliminate pollution. Use always a clean towell and use it softly. 4. Apply serum of retinol or other active and then cicaplast baume (oclussive).
**Applying retinol to SS type. Firstly, once a week after a light hydrating cream that has been on the skin for an entire hour. After three weeks then start with two times per week. And go on.

DIET:
Eat snack of almonds daily to reduce and prevent wrinkles. To prevent skin aging in general we have to eat healthy food. ..........................................................................................................
DAILY: Don't make gestures or touch the face, sleep looking up...
