this routine is for those who have sensitive skin and also fungal acne, fungal acne's most notable trait is that it makes your face itchy. if you itch your face a lot and no other routine/product(s) are working, then you most likely have malasezzia, more commonly known as "fungal" acne (although it is not fungal in any sense, it is simply a yeast imblance in the areas you have it, caused due to product use especially and also sometimes diet. the yeast is present in everyone's skin, malasezzia is just the imbalance of it.) these are the ingredients that will best help you with fungal acne specifically: 1. zinc pyrithione (you can find a cleanser from dermaharmony for all places on the body that you can use as a 5 or 10 minute mask or as it was intended, a cleanser, it works either way.), 2. ketoconazole (this is found most commonly in nizoral. i could not find it in another skincare product.), & 3. sulfur (de la cruz acne treatment is your best bet. i would purchase the 10% version regardless of sensitive skin, UNLESS your skin is triggered by higher percentages of products- only you know that. there is a 5$ version on amazon that you can use to test this and any other sensitivities you may have.)

you do not have to take my advice, i would do your own research. as of now, i have to collect my sources and will update this description when i can to give you those. for your best resource as of now, i have dealt with fungal acne for at least 2 years now, and while my skin is the clearest, least congested & painful, and acne free it has ever been, keep in mind that the my bumps have not completely gone away yet, and i still do get hormonal acne. thank you for reading. good luck in your journey
