About Beginner Skin Care <3

This is my first time seriously trying to concoct a skincare routine! my focus is getting rid of blackheads/random pimples, hyperpigmentation, and beginning my anti-aging. my skin is typically of a dry type! sometimes i get excess oil just on the forehead. i am trying to keep things on the cheaper side!
