16 years old, female Skin type : dehydrated combo leaning oily, prone to eczema and allergies (hives and rashes), occesional hormonal acne (chin area only) Diagnosted with clinical hypothroidism, currently inspected by rheumatologists, allergologists and gastroenterologists (nothing yet diagnosted!!) Currently follow a mediterranean diet. From supliments/medicine, im currently taking : simelax (1-3 times a day depending on the condition), vigantol (vitamin d), 25mg zink natural wealth, now magnesium and BiVits selenium (50mg). For allergies im temporarily taking xyzal as well as panadol for joint pain. Recently started using a silk tubran as a part of my self care!! *Favourite skincare brands : numbuzin (especially their herb line), round lab and bioderma ❤
