Use it on morning and before going to sleep. and some of my skincare routine products contains exfoliate effects, so I use this products alternately with the others product which is didn't contains exfoliate effects on it. This only happens on my moisturizer. I use Safi Mouisturizer which is contains exfoliate effects, but sometimes I use Simple Moisturizer which is didn't have exfoliate effect. Don't use exfoliate product regularly, it can makes your skin over exfoliate and it's not good.
