About Treating Hyperpigmentation: Retinol Beginner

After a month of skincare focused on hydration, moisture retention and improving the skin barrier, I have decided to introduce retinol. I am using Medik8 Crystal Retinal 1 Night Serum because it has 0.01% retinaldehyde.
