Description
Alpha Hydroxy Acids (or AHAs) are a type of hydroxy acid that removes dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. All skin types should avoid over-exfoliating to prevent long-term damage to the skin. It is best used for removing dead cells.
AHAs can also help with decreasing inflammation, decreasing the appearance of large pores, improve skin texture, and even unclogging pores. AHAs are made from fruits and are water-soluble.
